identifiable information does CLC collect from me?
CLC collects
personal information from you when you register with us as a customer or when
you contact us with questions about our products and services. CLC
asks for some or all of the following information from its customers and
potential customers: your name, address, city, state, postal code, email
address, telephone, country, facsimile, username, password, your permission to
contact you with relevant updates about our products and services, credit card
number or other billing information (including account, routing and similar
numbers) and signature. CLC may also gather Internet address
information from persons who access or use the Site.
In addition, if you contact
CLC or CLC contacts you, CLC may keep
a record of that correspondence.
2) What information may
be gathered from children?
The Site is not directed to
children under the age of 13. At this time, no child under the age of 13 is
permitted to register with CLC as a customer. CLC
will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under
the age of 13.

CLC use my information?
CLC uses
personal information (i) for billing purposes, (ii) for general contact
information (i.e. to communicate with you), (iii) in case of an emergency, (iv)
for teleconferencing, (v) to send paper copies of legal forms, contracts,
invoices, etc., to you, (vi) to identify you on our system, (vii) to identify
the legality of signed documents or contracts, (viii) to customize online
support and training sessions, (ix) for statistical purposes, (x) to comply with
licensing and other contractual requirements of our software lessors and (xi) as
otherwise reasonably required in order to conduct business with you or to
provide services to you. These uses are strictly enforced at CLC.

information?
When you are on the Site
and are asked for personal information, you are only sharing that information
with CLC unless specifically stated otherwise.

CLC share my information?
CLC will not

Some pages within the Site

to your browser when you access an Internet website. Cookies are capable of

CLC uses
industry standard security measures to protect the loss, alteration, misuse, or
theft of your personal information contained on its system. However, no system
is 100% secure and your personal information could be compromised by third
parties if such systems fail. Further, information sent to CLC
via the Internet is not and cannot be protected by CLC during
transmission. The Internet is not 100% secure. Outside users may intercept any
information sent to CLC via the Internet at no fault of CLC.
CLC

will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an
unsolicited email.
